Privacy policy

When you order we collect your name, email, shipping and billing address, phone number and order details. Payment card data is entered on our payment provider's secure checkout and is never stored by us.

When you leave a product review we store the name you type, your rating, your text and any photo you upload.

We also receive basic technical data such as your browser, device type and pages visited, used to keep the store working and to measure what people look at.

To process and deliver your order, to answer support requests, to prevent fraud, to publish reviews you choose to submit, and — only if you opt in — to send marketing emails.

We share data only with the providers needed to run the store: our ecommerce and checkout platform, our payment provider, shipping carriers and our email provider. They may only use the data to provide their service to us.

Order and invoice data is kept for as long as tax law requires. Support emails are kept for up to 2 years. Reviews stay published until you ask us to remove them.

We use cookies that are necessary for the cart and checkout to work, plus analytics cookies to understand how the store is used. You can block cookies in your browser settings, but the cart may then stop working.

You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its use, and withdraw marketing consent at any time. Write to conect@thefemy.com and we will reply within 30 days. You may also complain to your national data protection authority.
