Shipping

Standard shipping is 5,20€. Orders over 55€ ship free — the discount is applied automatically at checkout.

Orders are prepared within 1-2 business days. Orders placed at the weekend or on a public holiday leave on the next working day.

Your order is delivered within 7 business days from dispatch.

These are estimates. Customs checks or carrier delays can add a few days outside our control.

As soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse you receive an email with a tracking link. If tracking has not moved for more than 7 days, write to us and we will investigate.

Check your address carefully at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email conect@thefemy.com within 12 hours of ordering and we will try to correct it before dispatch.

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties or local taxes charged by your country. These are the customer's responsibility.
