Returns & refunds

Any item in original condition: unworn, unwashed, without marks, perfume or pet hair, with all labels and the hygiene seal attached. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept briefs, thongs or bodysuits whose hygiene seal has been removed.

Email conect@thefemy.com with your order number and the item you want to return. We reply with the return address and instructions within 2 business days.

Return shipping is paid by the customer, except when the item arrived faulty or incorrect — in that case we cover it.

Once your return arrives and passes inspection, we refund to the original payment method within 30 days. You receive an email confirmation as soon as the refund is issued. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

The fastest way to change size or colour is to return the item for a refund and place a new order, so your size does not sell out while the parcel is in transit.

Contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will send a replacement or a full refund, including shipping, at no cost to you.

Customers in the European Union have a legal right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. Our 14-day returns window follows that right, and the money is back with you no later than 30 days after your return reaches us.
