Terms of service

An order is a purchase request. The contract is formed when we confirm the order by email. We may refuse or cancel an order in case of an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud or if an item is out of stock — in which case you are refunded in full.

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are added at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken at the moment the order is placed.

We describe our products as accurately as possible. Colours may vary slightly between screens, and shapewear compression is a matter of personal fit — see our size guide before ordering.

Delivery times and shipping costs are set out on our shipping page. Returns and refunds are governed by our returns policy, which forms part of these terms.

By submitting a review you confirm the content is your own and grant femy permission to publish it on the store. We remove reviews that are offensive, misleading, contain personal data of others or are unrelated to the product.

All text, photography and design on this site belong to femy and may not be reproduced for commercial use without written permission.

We are responsible for delivering products that match their description. We are not liable for indirect damage, or for misuse of a garment against its care and wear instructions. Nothing here limits your statutory consumer rights.
