Size guide
Measure yourself in underwear, keeping the tape snug but not tight. If you are between two sizes, take the larger one for comfort or the smaller one for stronger shaping.
| Size | Bust (cm) | Waist (cm) | Hips (cm) |
|---|---|---|---|
| XS | 76-81 | 58-63 | 84-89 |
| S | 82-87 | 64-69 | 90-95 |
| M | 88-93 | 70-75 | 96-101 |
| L | 94-99 | 76-81 | 102-107 |
| XL | 100-106 | 82-88 | 108-114 |
| 2XL | 107-113 | 89-95 | 115-121 |
| 3XL | 114-120 | 96-102 | 122-128 |
| 4XL | 121-128 | 103-110 | 129-136 |
How to measure
Bust: around the fullest part of your chest.
Waist: around the narrowest part of your torso, usually just above the navel.
Hips: around the fullest part of your hips and seat.
Fit tips
Shapewear should feel supportive, never painful. Bodysuits and shorts are designed with strong compression, so the size that matches your waist measurement is usually the right one. Tops, bras and leggings run true to size.
